As Prdio Creative Agency and Production Limited Company (“Company”), with this Information Notice, we aim to fulfill our obligation to inform you in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

In this context, the matters we are obliged to inform you about are as follows:

1. Identity of the data controller and its representative, if any

The data controller is Hype Prdio Creative Agency and Production Limited Company, located at Hasanpaşa Mah. Fatih Boulevard, Merkez Hayat Residence, B Block, Apartment 1, Sultanbeyli / Istanbul, registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office.

2. Purposes of processing personal data

Your personal data, including but not limited to name, surname, phone number, email address, and the categories of information you transmit via our website, are processed for the purposes of creating and fulfilling your request for information, contacting you based on your request, providing you with goods, products, or services accordingly, establishing healthy and long-term interactions in customer relations, sending you commercial electronic messages if you give your consent, following up on your requests and complaints, resolving potential disputes and problems in the future, and storing this personal data by our Company in line with the statute of limitations stipulated by the legislation.

Your personal data may be transferred to the Company's shareholders, business partners, service providers, and authorized public institutions and organizations in order to fulfill the purposes stated in Article 2.

5. Your rights under the Law regarding your personal data are as follows:

(e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist,
(f) To request notification of the transactions carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
(g) To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
(ğ) To demand compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.

You may exercise these rights in writing or by using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address previously notified to the Company and registered in the Company’s system (In this context, you can contact the Company via the email address info@prdio.com) or through a software or application developed for the purpose of such applications.
