1. This statement contains the privacy policy of www.prdio.com (Prdio Digital Marketing Agency) (“Prdio”). Prdio has adopted certain principles for information and data security in order to protect the privacy of individual and corporate users visiting the site and to ensure that they can benefit from all the services offered on the site in the best possible way. These privacy principles are determined and declared to be applied regarding the collection and/or use of data on Prdio and all sub-services. All of these principles are deemed to have been accepted by the Users.

The information entered by users into the system is protected with confidentiality and security, and with full awareness of the critical nature of this data, using the most up-to-date and advanced security technologies. In addition, sectoral developments and emerging threats in the field of data security are constantly monitored, and regular tests are carried out to ensure the highest level of protection against possible attacks and data theft attempts.
4. Users’ access to their accounts on the system is protected from third parties using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. SSL technology undertakes two fundamental tasks: authentication and connection encryption between the server and the user’s internet browser.
5. Prdio declares and undertakes not to engage in commercial communication activities or marketing without the user’s consent.
6. In order to detect problems related to the system and resolve such problems as quickly as possible, Prdio may, when necessary, identify users’ IP addresses and use them. IP addresses may also be used to generally identify users and to collect comprehensive demographic information.
7. Prdio’s obligations regarding the retention of traffic data specified in Law No. 5651 and its related regulations, as well as its obligations regarding the retention of transaction data specified in Tax Procedure Law No. 183 and related regulations, remain reserved.
8. Prdio may provide links from the services it provides and its mobile applications to other sites. It may publish advertisements, application forms, announcements, and surveys from third-party partners. Through these forms, announcements, surveys, and advertisements, Prdio may direct Users to the advertisers’ or partnered third parties’ sites / services / mobile applications. Prdio assumes no responsibility regarding the privacy practices and policies of other sites and/or mobile applications accessed via these links, nor for any visual or textual content they host.
9. Users are solely responsible for the privacy and security of their accounts on third-party sites linked through the site. Prdio cannot be held responsible for the privacy policies of such third parties.
10. Individual/corporate information of the user is understood as any information that identifies the user, such as name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and other identifiers. Unless otherwise stated in this privacy notice, Prdio will not disclose any of this individual/corporate information to third parties. However, Prdio may disclose user information to third parties by going beyond the provisions of this privacy notice in the following cases:
10.1. Where compliance with legal obligations specified in the applicable legislation and effective international agreements in domestic law is required,
10.2. Where it is necessary to fulfill the requirements of contracts between Prdio and its users and to implement them,
10.3. Where information about users is requested in accordance with procedural rules by authorized administrative and/or judicial authorities in the course of a duly conducted investigation or inquiry,
10.4. Where it is necessary to provide information to protect the rights or safety of the users.
11. Prdio undertakes, with this notice, to keep the confidential information provided to it strictly private and confidential, to treat it as a trade secret, to take all necessary technical, legal, and administrative measures to ensure and maintain confidentiality, to prevent all or any part of the confidential information from entering the public domain or being used without authorization or disclosed to a third party, and to exercise the utmost care.
12. Prdio will never request credit card numbers, usernames, passwords, or passcodes in the emails it sends. Data contained in emails may be viewed by third parties. Prdio cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted from user emails under any circumstances.
13. Prdio may obtain information about users’ activity on Prdio and in its mobile applications through cookies (technical communication files) and may associate this data with IP or social network account information. A cookie is a technical communication file designed to obtain statistical information about how many people use the website over time, for what purposes, how many times they visit, and how long they stay, as well as to help generate advertisements and content with dynamic variety from user-specific pages. Users can change their browser settings at any time to prevent cookies from being placed on their computer or to be alerted when such a file is sent.
14. Information that may be requested from users who respond to periodic or non-periodic surveys that may be organized within the site or applications or who submit questions to the help desk may also be used by Prdio and its collaborators to conduct direct marketing, perform statistical analyses, and create a special database. 15. In accordance with the Law on the Processing of Personal Data No. 6698, personal data obtained may be processed by Prdio lawfully, fairly, accurately, for legitimate purposes, proportionately, and for the periods stipulated by the relevant legislation.
16. Personal data obtained may be transferred, stored, and processed within the framework of relevant legislation and prescribed security measures in another country where Prdio’s service providers are located, whether domestically or abroad.
17. Personal data may be processed without the consent of the data subject if (i) it is clearly prescribed by law, (ii) it is necessary to process personal data of the parties to a contract provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of the contract, (iii) it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation, or (iv) it has been made public by the data subject.
18. By applying to Prdio, the user has the right to:
18.1. Learn whether personal data is being processed and, if processed, request information regarding such processing,
18.2. Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
18.3. Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
18.4. Request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
18.5. Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the relevant legislation,
18.6. Request that the correction, deletion, or destruction operations be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
18.7. Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
18.8. Demand compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.
